Lucent Arts prints and originals are produced to the highest reasonable standards. 

We aim to deliver to UK addresses within 10 working days, Europe within 15 and the rest of the world within 28. Please check your parcel upon delivery – if it is damaged, do not accept it. We will replace open editions which are damaged in delivery only; limited editions and originals can be refunded, but are not always replaceable. Our full policy can be found here.
